I was almost tired of talking about how permanent weight loss doesn’t occur effectively from dieting, and how making huge changes all at once hardly ever leads to sustained results. Then I found a new way to describe what does work for long-lasting change (in any little or big lifestyle thing).
Consistency is key (yep, knew that).
But meaning also matters! Find ways to renew your purpose in changing, and it will feel meaningful instead of just feeling like a task or a drag to stick to a plan.
Routine + Meaning = Transformation
Try it out! No matter which way you spin it, it’s going to be really hard (impossible?) to become transformed without having both.
