  1. The first thing I’ll blend is my favorite green smoothie… the glowing green smoothie! So yummy… and so good for you.

  2. Depends on what sounds good that day…..Carrot, Cashew Ginger Soup, Vitamix Green “Ice Cream” recipe with Spinach, Mango smoothie with coconut milk & chia seeds and maybe pineapple chunks, Asparagus soup
green smoothie with parsley from a smoothie recipe book, blueberry smoothie, strawberry banana smoothie, raspberry smoothie….something to give me energy…any suggestions?

  3. I’ve been trying to lose weight for such a long time. I’ve been dealing with ADD and it has brought me down in the past. My marriage was being affected because of the confidence I no longer had and being so unhappy with myself. Despite his love and all the love I receive it still couldn’t overcome my own thoughts. I’ve finally because of my husband learned to manage my anxieties and organize my thoughts and actions. I’ve been making veggie/fruit smoothies every morning along with healthy meals and I can feel a difference in everything. Energy, headaches are gone, joints feel amazing, and I have this positivity that is amazing.
I’ve been using a cheap walmart blender trying to use what I can, we are stretching dollars and I don’t have another option. Stress of using this is thing is high. It can not blend ice, and I have to juice my greens just to add it in. It won’t blind it down.
First drink I will blend is my kale smoothie.
    One carrot
    One apple
    3 kale leaves
    Half cucumber
    Half frozen banana
    3 pieces pineapple
    Ice

The first thing I would make is a an Oatmeal, banana, almond breakfast smoothie. Yum!

  5. First thing in my new Vitamix would definitely be a green smoothie with whatever veggies and fruit I have in my fridge

  6. I would make a raw “coffee”!
1-2 cups of Raw Coconut water
    5-10 pitte dates
    ¼ cup carob powder
    a few fresh peppermint leaves
little vanilla bean or 1 drop extract
a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
    2 tablespoons of cacao
    fresh almond milk for creamer

🙂 Commooooon Vitamix make my dreams come true !

  7. I would make a green smoothie with whatever is in my fridge at the time I got it. And be happy that it was SMOOTH!!

  8. I would make healthy flours out of cocnut & almonds, then also healthy smoothies, since I’m Diabetic.

  9. I would make our daily smoothie that includes spinach, banana, strawberries, blueberries, greek yogurt, OJ, and pomegranate juice.

  10. I’d make a ‘Green Monster’ with spinach, kale, frozen blueberries (picked myself!), plus chia seeds and cranberry juice.

  11. I think I would either blend fresh smoothies for my fiancé and myself or make a nice warm soup to help with the extremely cold weather we’ve had.

  12. I just watched “Fat Sick & Dieing”. I would make veggie & fruit smoothies every day, starting with kale, apples & beets. 🙂
