Chocolate Pudding

From my grocery supplies, I used part of the avocado for guacamole (chips were made out of the sprouted grain tortillas), and I used the rest for chocolate pudding. I’m not great at following recipes for things like pudding…so I’ll just link you to Gena’s recipe because I know that one is good.

Avocados in the food processor
Add cacao (cocoa) powder and sweetener and process until smooth---the texture of this is AMAZING!

  1. Avocado chocolate pudding is sooo good! I like to add ginger, cinnamon and hot pepper in mine for an “aztec” style version, full of antioxidants. It's a very heart-healthy recipe, and it's even better than the commercial chocolate puddings!
