My take on bagels and cream cheese... Made with coconut flour and cauli...they're even fluffy, doughy, and a bit crunchy like a bagel (just flatter). I topped it with a new invention... This may not look amazing but add buttermilk ranch, and it's awesome! I invented these zucchini cakes and tested them out on my client (plus I ate about 5 of them). She loved them and I did too... Two secret ingredients are coconut flour and crushed macadamia nuts.
