There are some interesting points made in this post but I don’t know if I see all of them heart to eye . There is some validity but I will take hold judgement until I look into it further. Good clause, thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner besides. .

These are some great recipes, question – what do you mean by chunk aloe gel in the aloe cooler? I’ll be trying these

Hi Kitty, You can buy a whole aloe leaf (the only place around here I can find them is Pittsford Wegmans…sometimes, so you may want to call them and ask before you go there, or you can order them online but they’re expensive that way). Once you have the leaf, you “filet” it—cut the green parts off and you end up with a chunk of gel. Here’s a pic of it and a better description of the smoothie: http://www.thrive-style.com/2010/06/aloe-cooler/
I love this smoothie in the summer—-the aloe makes it slightly fizzy! If you try any of the smoothies, let me know :-)

Do you ever make protein smoothies?  I like to combine different flavors of grass-fed whey protein with greens, berries, and coconut oil for a smoothie that enhances detoxification and also keeps me feeling full for several hours!  The best grass-fed whey protein I’ve found is PaleoCleanse and PaleoMeal: http://www.paleocleanse.net/
