Smoothie Workshop

Smoothie and Nutrition Workshops have been a big hit lately! Who needs Pampered Chef and Lia Sophia for a reason to get your friends together—throw a smoothie party and ask each person to bring an ingredient!

Here are the recipes we’ve used at our parties (Usually, we do 6-8 smoothies in 2 hours…depending on how many people there are).

Ultimate Smoothie Recipes

Penn Station Revelation

1 Orange

1 cup Strawberries (approx. 8 berries)

1 cup Grapefruit Juice

Juice of 1 Lime

Chocolate Cherry Bomb

1 cup Water (Almond Milk)

¼ cup Sunbutter (Peanut Butter)

1 cup Frozen Cherries

1 Banana

1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Adder: 1 cup Spinach

The QEW

1 Banana

1 Orange

¼ cup Raisins (presoaked 20 min)

1 cup Water (Almond Milk)

Go Green

2 cups Spinach

1 cup Water

1 Banana

1 Orange

Adder: 2 Tbsp Hemp Protein

Summer’s Delight

2 cups Chopped Watermelon

½ cup Cucumber

1 cup Romaine

½ cup Water

Heart Throb

½ cup Coconut Water

½ cup Almond Milk

1 Tbsp Agave Nectar

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Cocoa Powder

Adder: ½ tsp Maca

Jack O’Smoothie

1 cup Almond Milk

½ cup Pumpkin Puree

1 heaping tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (or 1 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp nutmeg)

1 tsp Molasses

2-3 Ice Cubes

Adder: ½ scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

Pineapple Avocado

1 cup Coconut Milk

2-3 cups Chopped Pineapple

1 Avocado

2 Tbsp Lucuma Powder (or 1-2 Tbsp Agave)

Aloe Cooler

3-inch chunk of Aloe Gel

Juice of 1 Lemon and 2 Limes

1 ½ cups Coconut Water

Stevia or Agave to taste
