One of the hardest things about eating healthy foods in today’s world is that even when we want to, we have to be able to figure out WHO to believe about WHAT is healthy for us.
The message we get from the “experts” is…
– It’s YOUR fault you’re fat
– It can’t be that hard to fit in some exercise, right?!
– All you have to do is cut your calorie intake a little!

All three of those are absolute crap.
Of course, we have some responsibility for our body size. Of course, we could probably exercise a bit more. Of course, cutting calories may be a little bit helpful.
But the REAL issues are these…
–The food industry and the government are misleading us to eat fake “healthy” foods, that are more likely to make us fat than thin
– You CAN’T out-exercise a bad diet
– A calorie is not a calorie… some are more valuable than others
