The following post is sponsored by FitFluential LLC on behalf of PUMA. The shoes and clothes were free, but the opinions are my own and the workout is from me too.
If you know me at all, you probably know I love/hate stairs workouts… I love them because they’re short, and I hate them because they’re difficult! In line with my goal of working out “Smarter not Harder,” I’ve found that I can cut down on a lot of my workout time over the course of a week by adding in one or two interval style (higher intensity) workouts. So although this workout may be difficult in intensity, it allows you to spend less time working out overall and your other workouts don’t have to be as intense or as difficult!
Check out the video for the Puma review and the overview of the workout. If you want to check out and buy the shoes, you can find them here!
Note: if you want to decrease the intensity or the impact, (1) go slowly, (2) take longer breaks, and/or (3) don’t do the step jumps — just step up and back down.
What do you think? Are you into doing workouts on the stairs?
News/Notes: Working and moving… and taking a class (why the heck did I sign up for that? Being the teacher is way better than being a student…).
I found a new way to add more gelatin into my diet–I think that’s the highlight of my week! That is, besides doing the stairs this morning and walking to Venice yesterday. I can’t wait to get into my new kitchen and make stuff!
